Produce Donation / Tracking: Produce donations to Fruit + Veggie Up! and The ASUCD Pantry have increased dramatically since receipt of GFI funding in Fall 2016. From Fall 2016 to Fall 2017, the Student Farm donated over 15,000 lbs. of produce to distribution partners on campus. Donation frequency increased from 2-3 donations per week to 7 donation per week.
Internships: The Fresh Focus program provided internships for 10 students during year one of the CTP (2016-2017). These internships increase labor force necessary to harvest, pack, and clean produce as well as to provide on-site education for students accessing Student Farm produce. Students receive academic credit and direct experience working with food access issues.

Academic Diversity at the SF: Since Fall 2016, CTP has worked with faculty to arrange class visits to the Student Farm (SF) for academic departments not previously engaged at the SF including:
Support for Food-Related Work on Campus: CTP has provided produce, educational materials, and/or for on-campus events related to food, cultural work, and health including:
Capacity Building: CTP continues to host inclusion, community, and equity trainings for members of the Student Farm community including the CTP Team, Lead Student Farmers, and Student Farm Career Staff. Partners and presenters include the Office of Campus Community Relations and Peer Education and Community Empowerment (PEACE) of the Cross Cultural Center, a student-led education program dedicated to the dismantling of racism, sexism, homophobia, and other -isms. An average of 15 student farm staff and students attended each of these 4 trainings.
Conference Presentations: CTP team members continues to present at a wide variety of local conferences relating to sustainable agriculture education including:
